Are you looking for a quick and efficient way to explain each stage of growth? Do you ever wish you had the right content for a blog post or a special report you can give away to generate leads? And that content would help you position yourself as an expert in the 7 Stages of Growth?

On the GCS Membership Site I have articles one each Stage of Growth such as an article called:

How to Take the Guesswork out of Your Growing Business – it’s about a Stage 1 Start Up and explains very quickly and efficiently what the 7 Stages of Growth are all about and lists the Non-Negotiable Rules for Stage 1.

Another article called:

Keep the Momentum: Focus on These Critical Challenges – this one is about Stage 2 and identifies that Flood Zone the company just came through and what that requires of a Stage 2 owner. It explains the 3 Gates of Focus and summarizes the top 5 challenges for a Stage 2 company.

And here’s one for Stage 3 called:

No Longer CEO-Centric: Time to Start Letting Go

I liken the change from Stage 2 to Stage 3 as when your preteen, who used to think you walked on water, now thinks you’re dumb and dumber. I explain that a CEO in Stage 3 is just a few months away from a staff revolution and that CEO can’t look at his/her employees to help, he/she has to look at themselves first. The solution to the challenges in Stage 3 start with communication and lots of it.

There are 7 of these articles and you don’t have to put my name on any of them!

Here’s where you find them and MANY others.

Under Resources, Under Articles, under the Sub Head Stages of Growth Articles.

Under that same tab, you’ll find articles on the Non-Negotiable Rules for each stage of growth. Again, use them as they are written or create your own.

Under the Leadership Styles and Leadership Competencies category, you’ll find an explanation of these as they relate to the Leadership Styles and Leadership Competencies Assessment you ask the CEO to take prior to an X-Ray. Or you can utilize these for your own coaching purposes to help a leader understand how to move from a Visionary Leadership Style to a Coaching Leadership Style.

Under the Miscellaneous category I added a couple of articles about the Flood Zone and the Wind Tunnel and one about Short Term Thinking.

Check these out! One CAVEAT. These were written some time ago and even though I try really hard to check my articles for any errors, typos, etc. I would urge you to go through these carefully before using them.

I keep finding resources that I’ve used over the years and am committed to providing them to you to simply help you succeed.

Thank you for being a part of my Growth Curve Community and for actively learning more about the 7 Stages of Growth.

Your success. My passion.
