On the GCS Membership Site I have articles one each Stage of Growth such as an article called:
How to Take the Guesswork out of Your Growing Business – it’s about a Stage 1 Start Up and explains very quickly and efficiently what the 7 Stages of Growth are all about and lists the Non-Negotiable Rules for Stage 1.
Another article called:

I liken the change from Stage 2 to Stage 3 as when your preteen, who used to think you walked on water, now thinks you’re dumb and dumber. I explain that a CEO in Stage 3 is just a few months away from a staff revolution and that CEO can’t look at his/her employees to help, he/she has to look at themselves first. The solution to the challenges in Stage 3 start with communication and lots of it.

Or you can utilize these for your own coaching purposes to help a leader understand how to move from a Visionary Leadership Style to a Coaching Leadership Style.

Check these out! One CAVEAT. These were written some time ago and even though I try really hard to check my articles for any errors, typos, etc. I would urge you to go through these carefully before using them.
