I know how hard it is to stay focused on my customers. Every day that I’m not in touch with you, my customer, I’m losing an opportunity to keep our relationship strong.

It’s hard! There are many challenges we face as business owners. So in my mind, I’ve made it my goal to communicate with you weekly.

These emails are designed to give you information that I hope you can use to build your business by incorporating the concepts of the 7 Stages of Growth.

Every day I need to sit down at my computer and find some way to help you succeed. That is my job. As my customer you are important and for me to take that lightly is bad business.

But simply saying ‘hi’ won’t cut it. I need to provide you solid material you can use to connect to your customers in order to build your business.

Your CEOs need to do the same. They need to make sure they are connecting regularly with their customers and continually providing their customers value so they don’t ‘migrate away’.

This email is a reminder about one of the 27 Challenges:

Customers are Migrating Away from Your Products or Services.

Here are some questions you can ask when talking to CEOs to help them identify issues under this critical challenge.

  • How would you describe your customer intelligence plan for staying ahead of your customer’s needs? What do you do annually, quarterly, monthly, weekly?

  • Think about one of your customers — can you describe to me THEIR customer? How does what you do for your direct customer help that customer better serve their customer?

  • What do you do every day to help your employees better understand the importance of exceptional customer service? Do all of your employees know how they impact your ability to deliver great customer service?

  • How do you reward your employees for delivering exceptional customer service? Is it working? What changes would you make in order to create a culture that really embraces exceptional customer service?

I don’t know about you, but I learn lessons everyday about how to better serve my customers. I’m working on this challenge myself.

These weekly emails – that include outlining how you can use the 27 challenges to help start relationships with your prospects — is one of my commitments to helping you succeed.

Holler if I can help you in any way to grow your business!

Your success. My passion.
