Raj is the Founder and CEO of VRT Management Group, a strategic business advisory firm based out of Connecticut. He brings over 32 years of deep-dive experience critical to business scaling, growth, and success. Raj has a unique blend of experience in leading business growth initiatives in large corporates and coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs and small business owners. Over the last 15 years, he has helped hundreds of businesses realize their growth trajectory and has coached more than 1200 entrepreneurs.

Before founding VRT Management Group, Raj held the position of Senior Vice President – Marketing/Growth Leader, Capital Markets, GE Capital. During his stint of over a decade at GE, he created, led, and implemented numerous process improvement initiatives worldwide, enabling additional revenue generation measuring in millions.

As the Chief Transformation Officer of VRT Management Group, Raj’s expertise includes business transformation, leadership and organizational development, executive coaching, marketing, six sigma, lean, and customer insights. His impeccable business acumen, problem-solving skills, extensive industry experience, and amazing mentoring skills are key assets that have made him a highly sought-after business coach, advisor, and consultant. He was instrumental in assisting hundreds of entrepreneurs facing challenges to scale their businesses profitably. He regularly participates as a guest speaker at many business forums, including Stanford University’s entrepreneurship development programs. He has researched, written, trained, and consulted extensively within these disciplines. Raj has designed and implemented hi-impact business growth programs, Entrepreneur Growth Alliance™ (EGATM) and Entrepreneur Growth Operating System™ (EGOSTM), for small and medium businesses that have helped achieve exponential growth for his clients across 28 countries.

Raj has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, MBA in Strategy and Management and is currently pursuing his DBA in Entrepreneurship along with several certifications in HR, Leadership, and Psychology.
