Session 5 will cover all of the 27 Challenges that make up this hidden agent. Putting a name to a problem is the fastest way to resolve a problem. By being able to select their top challenges from a list, a CEO can put a name to the areas that are creating issues, understand why they are occurring today, and what can be learned from the 7 Stages of Growth Rule that says ‘what doesn’t get done in any stage of growth, doesn’t go away’. By looking back at specific challenges from a previous stage of growth, a CEO can eliminate critical issues that might be creating obstacles to their growth.
