Session 6 helps a GCS understand the six leadership styles and the 18 leadership competencies that a leader needs to be aware of as they guide their company through the 7 Stages of Growth. By better understanding which leadership style and which competencies are most effective at different stages of growth, a leader can continually improve their own skills, which is a critical component in growing a successful company.
